turned down dessert and popcorn at bingo. I still had my 2 beers but no olives.

I fasted every day until at least 4 but I'm hoping to fast until dinner some days.

I did a lot of resisting foods. yesterday I took my 2 granddaughters to an ice cream shop. they had double scoop confess. I had a single scoop bowl and only ate half.
