I exercised like crazy I’m feeling really fit, but yesterday I felt I overdid it for the first time need a break! Down from 3 to 1 workout a day for a few days

missed the last bet because of illness and then, when I knew I wouldn’t make it, I stopped trying. Why did I do that? My goal should be to get healthy not just win the bet!

I ate too much at Christmas but then spent last week being sick so lost some of it can’t wait to get back to the gym

Not much given cold and cough, but my Christmas chocolate eating was out of control I need a better off-diet plan

I take my weight first thing in the morning before eating or drinking or, apparently, combing my hair! But here is a public record of my weight loss.

I only had one small slip up with pizza but otherwise my plan to control portions while eating out worked just had one more piece than my plan!

Basically a great first week if anything I lost a bit too fast !

Took two weeks off after two bets in a row Ate poorly so that’s a sign I need a better plan when I finish dieting.
