Sticking as close as possible to a healthy diet while travelling, working out 6 days, meditating and practicing gratitude every day, opening myself up to accept help, love and support from strangers

Nothing, absolutely nothing :) I did an amazing job and I'm very proud of myself!

Continue working out 5-6 days, completing my carb cycling plan for the month and sticking to it (if it's working, if not switch it up), sticking as close as possible to a primal / paleo diet, meditating and praying every day, gratitude daily, working on my personal goals
