Non-scale victory of the week!

I was asked by a coworker if I was a physical trainer!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I skipped the gym 3 days, I'm not happy with that. I also went to bed later than I wanted to several times.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went to the gym for 30 minutes on the treadmill BEFORE joining my co-workers for dinner after work!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Better food choices, more exercise, more sleep, drunk less soda, more water. So, pretty much everything was poor this week!

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I struggle with the nutrition side of weight loss. I can run, strength train, go to Zumba, all easy-peasy. Ask me to journal my food? Epic fail.
