I’ve been having a hard time staying on track. What are your fav snacks to eat through out the day? A fast and easy lunch? I’m a homehealth nurse so I spend a majority of my time driving. I try to get up in the am to get a workout in but tend to not always get that done maybe 3x a wk. ugh. Suggestions?

I love gimme seaweed snacks, apples and peanut butter, cucumbers, carrots, celery, and broccoli in homemade ranch or homemade hummus. Nuts and string cheese has also been a staple lately.
