What do you feel you could have done better this week?

nothing! I literally have hardly eaten I've been living on smoothies and soups as I've been in a gastriparesis flare. I've had about 1000 kcal a day and somehow I've gained. I don't h derstand why my body hates me so much!

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

maintaining the weight loss as between pcos and gastroparesis I often crave carbs like cereal and its hard to maintain a weight, also eating little and often is tricky.
