What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I have hit brick wall and been stuck at this brick wall for 2 years work gets in way I work 70 hour week just to avoid being alone I need to focus on me this is my year I'm soon 40 and don't want to be the big girl anymore I've started something and want to end it
