I want to eat 90% clean so that I can be at my goal weight and win my money back!! I am very close! I know I can do it! i want to add in running or the bike at least 3 times a week. and perhaps get up earlier to do so (or to read or stretch…) sometimes I feel I have too many goals…

well my weight has stayed the same, I’ve had more healthy and consistent poops, I didn’t have my shake EVERY day but I made an effort to have it (I forgot it when I stayed over Zack’s) I also would rate my eating at an 8.5/10

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

make more and effort to get my shake in. im going to ensure i have it within 30 min of my workout each day and make it with veggies
