Non-scale victory of the week!

Exercised every day!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My goal was to stop eating and drinking after 7p. I had a glass of wine after 7p last night will work in NOTHING after 7p.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Continue to work on eating/drinking nothing after 7p. That decreases my nibbling when I’m not really hungry.
