Non-scale victory of the week!

I climbed 6 flights of stairs without stopping for a total of 66 stairs, TWICE!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

not criticize myself. I was on my period so was in a weight stall for about 10 days.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went for a walk 5x this week so far and we plan to go for a walk today! I went for a walk with girls at work during our lunch break, x2 days of our 4 day work week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

weight-loss wise.. nothing. I stuck to my goals and plan, and have been successful this week!

Exercise at least 4 days, for at least 30 minutes at a time. I will be cutting down my breakfast to 2 jumbo eggs instead of 3 large eggs (calorie purposes).
