Non-scale victory of the week!

I wasn't perfect this week, but I didn't do too bad. I got a handle on my eating habits (almost anyway). Now it's time to incorporate regular exercise, whether or not I feel like it! #justdoit

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Celebrated my granddaughter's 18th birthday, college acceptance and Spring break, ate cake, chips, chili dogs, ice cream, fries and a bunch of stuff tgat I knew I shouldn't eat. I got sick and gained a little weight back. Plus I didn't bother to exercise??

I did not eat the family size bag of Oreos that I bought for my grandchildren

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I ate some potato chips just because they were there, I wasn't craving them. I could have controlled myself but chose not to. Next time, I'll exercise some control
