In 2006 I lost 45#'s and kept it off. This year I lost another 7#. I am maintaining my weight and continuing to make healthy choices so I can keep getting stronger and faster even though I am also getting older (55!).

I know you in person, so I know you don't look like you 'need' to lose weight, but you are also an athlete now and sometimes that is done before a big race to have less to move around. So, do you have another big race planned? OH are you going to enter the Runway Run 5k on May 30th? ((I think there is another 5k on the same day in the area but I chose this one b/c I am hoping for flat land!))
