Non-scale victory of the week!

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

What I find the most challenging is probably the drinking aspect. we got with friends often and we are always having cocktails which then leads to poor food choices later. I’m also nervous about the exercise. I’ve never been one to stick to a consistent workout schedule and I really would like to this time around. Not just for the weight loss but to keep my aging body healthier.
