last week I said I needed to start walking more if I was going to make my goal of 150 miles for the month of February. this past week I walked quite a bit more and unless something terrible happens, I should make my goal.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I don't know why I can't get in the ketosis. I'm not eating any carbs and the keto test strips don't even show trace evidence of ketones. I want to try better to get back into ketosis.
