went to the gym three times last week. Someone told me that I look great! Someone else told me my skin looked great - "glowing". As a guy, I don't know what "glowing skin means, but it sounded like a compliment.

I hiked 40 mi of the Texas lone Star trail. and when I got home I shaved my beard. I decided it was just too much to take care of.

probably could have done a little better with my diet, but since I was walking so far I figured I would give myself some leeway.

I exceeded my goal of walking 150 miles in the month of February by over 10 mi. I completed a 72 hour fast, which wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it would be.

last week I said I needed to start walking more if I was going to make my goal of 150 miles for the month of February. this past week I walked quite a bit more and unless something terrible happens, I should make my goal.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I don't know why I can't get in the ketosis. I'm not eating any carbs and the keto test strips don't even show trace evidence of ketones. I want to try better to get back into ketosis.
