Non-scale victory of the week!

I feel so great losing weight. I have not been able to lose weight for a long time. But I finally have found a method that works for me: the Keto diet with a few cheat days a week. The cheat days shocks your system into processing carbs and then when you go back to eating clean, it’s like magic! Your body stays in high gear for a couple of days. This works well especially when the scale seems to get stuck and doesn’t move. I also use intermittent fasting works. Don’t eat after 5pm and break the fast at 10 or 11 am the next day. This is a lifestyle of eating that I can maintain for life. Hallelujah!

God has been giving me will power to resist tempting sweets like cookies at pot lucks. I have never had will power before. It’s been very exciting and I have more energy. Thank you Jesus

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was frustrated that the scale was not moving even tho I thought I was being good. But finally I resisted some birthday cake and I’m learning the value of saying no :)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not eat so much fruit. Even tho I feel I am eating healthy, I love fruit which has lots of carbs and sugar. I have to try and limit that

Try to stick with my low carb and hi protein and fat diet. It works for me and I don’t have the cravings for sugar, except fruit. I will try and limit that

Non-scale victory of the week!

Something has gotten in to me. I prayed for God to give me will power which I have never had before. I have been able to resist ice cream yesterday and have been ok with being hungry after several hours of fasting. Thank you DietBet for giving me the boost I need to lose weight.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I resisted a lot of goodies on 4th of July, hallelujah! Yesterday I was .6 pounds away from my goal so was able to eat very little and it worked! I hit my goal for this month, Thank you God for giving me discipline.
