Non-scale victory of the week!

Been getting up and going to the gym at 430 has really benefitted me.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Maybe eaten a little better. Went out for lunch with coworkers a couple times.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Ankle is feeling better after a whole week off.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I really only “skipped” one day at the gym but at the same time, I didn’t want to rush back after how bad my ankle hurt. Not to mention the bruised kidney

I stayed the same weight even though I got injured

I wish I could have kept up with the gym but I bruised my kidney and rolled my ankle pretty hard playing indoor soccer

I’ve been good about cooking dinners at home the last week or so.

Cut down on my snacks. Some cookies, Valentine’s Day candy, etc.

Ate pretty well, only missed made it to the gym 5/7 days.

On my 2 off days, done something at home like stretching to get in a little activity

Brought my lunch to work everyday and stayed within my calorie limit.

I missed the gym the last couple days. I need to make sure I keep it up. Make it a habit.
