Non-scale victory of the week!

I did not eat bad food while on my Anniversary vacation with my hubby!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did my best! I don’t feel I could have done better than I did. I am very proud of myself! I am on top of the world happy

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I am so happy that I actually weight 144.5 lbs without a phone in my hand and no clothes on. My goal is to make it to 135 in the next few weeks!
