Happy Monday all!

Here we are headed into our 3rd week!!

I had a successful weekend of not gaining any weight and quite honestly that is the best feeling EVER! Weekends are hard for me so anytime I'm on track I celebrate the small victory. I was 192 this morning and am planning on cardio this evening, I would really like to break into the 180's this week!!

What are your guys goals this week? Who's close to meeting their first goal if not already there?

  • My favorite dinner that satisfies my love of italian food. Extra lean ground beef, zucchini, mushrooms, onion, roasted garlic tomato sauce, and parmesan. Also, I think it's funny that I never owned "pasta bowls" until after I stopped eating pasta. We use them several times a week, love them!

You still have to weigh in, it doesnt automatically take it. You use to be able to do it on the app, but I hear since the update you can only reuse a weigh in on the actual website. Start the weigh in process and it should prompt you if you'd like to reuse your weigh in. You can only do this with official weigh ins submitted within 48 hours. I've been able to do this in the past, but I haven't tried since the update.

It’s not until April, 2020, but my husband and I signed up for our first spartan race! We joked about 3 years ago when our kids started doing them that we should make it our goal to do one when we are both 40. Well, this January I started working out and losing weight, so I decided to take honest action and sign up! We are doing this thing!!


Nwg would be 33minutes jogging straight. That would get me to an 11min each avg for a mile. On treadmill I can do one in 8min and 30sec but it all falls apart after that.

  • Had a great day today! Most of what I ate was lean protein and veggies, and I drank more than my water goal. Wasn't hungry and had no cravings. Got an hour on the treadmill, did a few minutes of jogging intervals and my knees are doing better with it. Also got a few active minutes vacuuming.

I decided to try re-using Wednesday's verified progress weigh-in for this week's progress weigh-in to see how it works with the new app.
Creepy surprise!!! The new app did not ask me if I wanted to do that after I started the weigh in process, it just asked for new photos.

I emailed support about it and they said right now, the only way to re-use a weigh in is ON THEIR WEBSITE, **NOT** WITH THE APP.

So I just tried it on the website and it went through. Click WEIGH IN and start the process like you normally would. If you have a weigh in less than 48 hours old, it will eventually ask, if you want to weigh in again or re-use the old one.

You might have to use an actual computer, though. On my phone, the dietbet website will try to move me over to the app, getting me stuck.

You don't have to use the computer, but use an internet browser on your phone and select a desktop setting. It should work that way.
