It’s so wildly frustrating when you religiously count calories, don’t cheat on your diet at all, and still the scale won’t budge for anything. I’ve had 4 pounds to lose for the past week and a half and the scale will not move. There’s no way it’s disappearing in 3 days from now. I feel like I have wasted my money and like I’m an absolute failure. You’re welcome to everyone whose body functions normally, you get my hard earned money.

When I need a push at the end to reach the goal, I drink lots of water and zero carbs.

Sometimes the weight doesn't come off as fast as we like. I didn't reach the goal this time for the second time :weary: I don't see it as a waste of money because I have lost almost 10 pounds. Weight that I had not lost in past months. I see diet bet as my motivator. If you have lost anything my suggestion is to celebrate that. And try again. But keep the weight off that you did lose never give up on your weight loss journey. Remember it is a journey

Do we have to officially log in our weight for every round? And then if we meet our goal for that round, we share that round's pot?

That’s correct. You’ll get prompted at the end of each round to enter your weight and there’ll be an individual pot for meeting each one. Usually the last round has the biggest pot :blush:
