Non-scale victory of the week!
We got most of our garden ready for planting and we planted out several plants that I started from seed over the last few months!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have exercised on my rowing machine more. I only did one day, it was a big exercise but only once. I did get lots of other activity outside in the garden though. I reacted my activity minutes goal of 200 minutes/week, just not inside of a gym.

I need to get to sleeping better. our 6 month old's crib is in our room and sleep has been tough lately.
