Choosing a salad at Burger King and actually enjoying it!

Avoided a couple of mindless afternoon binges, when i did not need food, I needed something else soothing.

Started working with a personal trainer. On several occasions resisted the urge to binge. Drew instead of eating. Limited the number of big milky coffees.

Should have avoides gluten. Still too many sweets.

Keep focusing on getting enough sleep, limiting milky coffees, exercising. New goal: strictly avoid gluten. New goal #2 strictly avoid sweets.

The need to be disciplined and the fact that everything counts, there is no “getting away” with overeating, buying crappy snacks from a machine at work, and choosing to laze around instead of exercising.

Aim for 8h of sleep every night, exercise for at least 40min 4 times per week, no snacks from machines. In the afternoon, when the desire to binge is at its strongest, have apples, carrots and bell peppers ready to binge on sth healthy.
