What is everyone’s favorite healthy dinner meal?

I’d love ideas as I always feel like I am scrambling for a healthy dinner in the evenings between the kids activities. I’d love to get some new easy meals

I’m pretty basic-I eat chicken breast daily. I use different marinades to change it up but that’s my every day go to :blush:

I love making a taco salad meal. Lettuce, ground turkey breast, tomatoes, onions, beans, guac, salsa, little bit of shredded cheese. Doesn’t even need a dressing. The rest of the family uses a tortilla and turns it into a salad wrap.

Good Morning all! Yesterday I didn’t do well at all…snacked after I was “done” for the day. Does anyone else struggle with this type of self-sabotage behavior? I just get so burned out by the end of the day…I know I can do this-I just keep talking myself out of it…frustrating cycle. Today is a new day…steps in this morning-leg day done… water ✅

Yes! I love to snack at night and watch something. It’s a hard habit to break for me. If I change it up and read a book, I don’t get the same urge.
