I have consistently closed my Apple Watch rings 6/7 days per week!

I went to a wedding with Italian catering and definitely overindulged. I need to focus on portioning, even during special events and holidays!

On Taco Tuesday I fought the temptation and substituted chips and salsa for cottage cheese and salsa with chicken and peppers, it was so hard but I I did so good!!!

I am incredibly proud of this week, I pushed hard with workouts and drank my daily water goal
