I’ve been fluctuating up and down around my goal weight… need to buckle down and have a very clean week to make sure I get there! Lean proteins / veggies, low carbs, regular exercise.

  • Picked up a bug this week from one of my kids… definitely not a good week for sticking to my exercise plan. But I didn’t have much appetite, so I guess it’s a wash! Looking forward to getting back to my routine next week.

Jackie, the only other required weigh in is the final weigh in May 6-7. You are able to track your progress unofficially through the game page. And remember, one bad week doesn't make for a bad game. You are amazing and will do fabulous things!

I recently got a new walking pad for inside my house - I don’t mind walking, but I HATE getting crazy hot, eaten by mosquitos, and not to mention that I feel very insecure out there jiggling down the street. Now I just have to find a routine that works and stick to it!

Kristy - I had started biking a few years ago and realized it was so much easier as a kid haha

Lori - I definitely relate. I don't like being too hot and I'm a target for all of the mosquitos. Good call on the walking pad for inside!

Hi all! I’m new to DietBet. I’m actually doubling up and doing two at once for double the motivation! I found it while considering a competitor and liked the community aspect of this one so tried it first. I haven’t weighed in for this one yet since I just decided to join this second one on a whim. I’ll need to weigh in when I get home or in the morning. I have a significant amount of weight to lose, but I’m not really focusing on that right now. I have a vacation coming up and I just want to feel a little better in my body (and more comfortable in the airplane seat!) and build up some endurance to keep up better with my more athletic vacation mates.

I just joined this game to double up my accountability as well! I won the last round (ended about a week ago) and noticed I was letting myself “off the hook” a bit too much, so I’ve decided to keep going with two games, and staggering the ending dates so there’s never that “off the hook” period in between to undo my progress.
