Non-scale victory of the week!

since the first I have been on a run everyday streak. and I was bloating really bad for a while, but pushed through and didn’t give up on my diet. I am so proud of myself

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

These past two weeks have been the best two weeks in dieting I have had. Maybe I could have been less down on myself when weight didn’t show on the scale

went running 3 times in the cold…so went and bought a treadmill

ugh, eating! I am always cheating here and there. been out of a game for a month and gained. WTF I can’t just lose weight for my health, only motivated with money. just frustrating!

it’s been a tough week and didn’t binge on food. my sweet grandma passed away. she LOVED sweets and treats, but she also took care of herself and walked. 92 beautiful years on this earth

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I ran 3 times instead of 4…but made my 2 mile run, a 3 mile run

I ran 3 times and ran my first 5k. I also stayed on track during my time of the month

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

nothing, the scale finally shows the work I am doing. time of the month is so discouraging, but last weeks weight I was bloated and sad. I am so glad I kept at it because the scale wasn’t showing my true progress
