Official Progress Weigh-Ins question: I've read through the FAQ for Transformers and it looks like there are mandatory weigh-ins at the Beginning, end of month 5, and end of game.

Does that mean that OTHER official weigh-ins (like at the end of Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr) are only for entering into prize drawings?

This is correct about the monthly weigh-ins not being mandatory for rounds 1-4, but if you hit your monthly goal you definitely want to submit your weigh-in so you receiving winnings for that round.

Also note that $20 is put into the pot for Rounds 1-5 and $20 goes to the Round 6 pot, so winnings for Rounds 1-5 are much lower, then the Round 6 pot is the biggest pot and has much higher winnings.

I do so good when I am at work, so during the week, I am great. The weekend is when I seem to falter. I am going to try to keep my diet where it needs to be for this 3 day weekend coming up.

Plan your weekend meals ahead of time and prep them Saturday morning if you can. Don’t let you weekend be your weak end.

My Kickstarter ends Jan 30, but our weigh in for this game isn't until Feb 1 (48 hrs later) - will my Jan 30 weigh in still count?! (I'm flying that weekend and would REALLY prefer not to have to bring a scale in my carry on...?)

Lauren, timing is everything when you want to reuse a weigh-in! If your kickstarter ends on 1/30, then the weigh-in period is 1/31-2/1, which is good timing for 2/1 weigh-in for this game. The weigh-in has to be used again within 48 hours so be sure to keep an eye on the clock! If you have more questions please reach out to support, we are always happy to help!

If the dates don't line up, you can use a scale at the hotel, a gym, a store display, etc. You don't have to use the same one.

Ladies , it’s my last day ever to be 38 years old and I just completed 3 sets of 8 pushups. I feel like a freaking beast !
… and this one is for the ladies, yes, because a lot of us fat-bottomed girls grew up being told we couldn’t do pushups.

I’m going to get back to meal planning. It helps with budgeting calories and funds. I have 2 picky teenage boys and struggle to feed myself and the rest of the family without relying on easy food because we are on the run. Baseball practices are about to start and this is going to make planning that much more important.

  • Need to firm up my yoga and weight lifting routine. Been mall walking 5 x per week so that’s good and food plan is going good too. Will be creating a consistent checkin schedule too. Nice :) down two pounds and that’s with being on my cycle so I’ll take that win. Joined a StepBet to do at the same time. Next week I’ll actively get going with strength days. Also back to focusing on nutrition (despite going out last night to a speakeasy haha)
