Hi everyone, can someone tell me how it works in the games if you haven't reached the weight target by the fifth round, but have won all the previous rounds? Do you still get paid out the winnings from the previous rounds or not?

If we miss a round weigh in are we done or can we still get next round? I had a rough month and didn’t lose enough.

As long as you get to the target of at least 6% lost by the end of month 5 you can go for month 6. So you can still try for the remaining months.

I would still weigh in. I like the prompt after to do a short journal and it helps me reflect on highs and lows. And then you get to add a fun photo - I just do scenery - this month was KPop- last round was a frozen fountain when it was so cold!

  • My weight seems to vary through each day! Just did a progress weigh-in and it’s a bit up from earlier today. I still have 2 pounds to go… hope to slip in under the limit.

    Win this week was a ran a 12k on the weekend and won a ribbon in my age group!

Amazing!! Congratulations!! You’re going to make it! I always weigh myself at the same time of day when I wake up- of course sometimes doing the official weigh in with photos takes more time than you have. But just know it’s not an accurate diction of what you’ve lost if it’s not the normal time you weigh-in. You’ve got this! I have a little bit more to go too ?

What's for breakfast most days?

For me it's coffee and nothing. But morning tea I often make smashed avococado with lemon juice, tomato, soft boiled egg and bacon.
How come my soft boiled egg is more or less cooked everyday? 🙈 Maybe I need an egg cooker 😁 5minutes in boiling water and then straight into cold water.

I fast until 11 most days then I have a protein coffee first. At 12 pm I have a protein and vegetable heavy lunch. Usually eggs or chicken, salad or a veggie plate, or a wrap containing them both with a yummy sauce. Once every few weeks I crave pancake or Hash browns and I will have those along with my protein shake

I love avocado toast with scrambled eggs on top with a couple Tbs of shredded cheese. It’s very filling and I often am not hungry again until around 5pm.

This weekend I went to a 2 day women's retreat at my church. They had TONS of food and desserts but I stayed strong and only ate my keto diet. I was able to have a few items but most of what I ate I brought. Packing my own food made a difference. Stay strong peeps!

I hate being sick as it makes me want to seek out comfort food and snuggle in bed. I’m on medicine now so hopefully I can get out of my tiredness fog and be able to do some movement. Oi - heal up body!
