Do you mean the membership prizes or the extra prizes for this game? They are 2 different things. For the membership prizes this week is $100 under armour gift card and it is a surprise every week what it is going to be. The extra prizes for this game are in the rules somewhere. It was posted towards the beginning of the chat

  • Thanks to those who gave some encouragement the other day. I pulled myself up by my bootstraps and barely made my Kickstarter, but that means as long as I don't slack and go backwards I've already made my goal for this transformer. I have an aversion to tracking calories, and portion control, and so the lifestyle that fits me best is Intermittent fasting where I can eat as much as I want in my eating window, and when I'm truly hungry for my eating times I eat good quality and quantity then I'm done. I think I'm back on track with that now, my greatest weakness is wanting to snack at night!! So I just have to "delay don't deny" my way through it, and offer it to myself the next eating window... When I don't usually want it anymore because a good healthy meal just feels so good at that point!
    Any other intermittent fasters here?

I did both calorie tracking and fasting when I first started and I just didn't feel well at all. I wasn't really losing weight either so it was super discouraging. I think maybe fasting would have worked better for me if my last meal was at a more stable time.

I just finished Fast, Feast, Repeat by the same author as Delay, Don’t Deny. I am trying IF but am still in the first 28 days. Crossing my fingers for Feb 1-2!

  • I am nervous I might not make 3% weight loss this month. If you don’t meet the 3% do you lose money or get penalized in some way? Or is it just the Round 6 final weigh in that counts (although I see that Round 5 weigh in is required to have 6% loss).

The $ we put in are split in half. Half the money for each month goes into the winnings for each month. The other half goes into the big pot at the end of the game. So when you don't make weigh in, you don't get the $ back (or the little bit of winnings they might add) for that month. No penalty for the end pot, unless - as you noted - you don't make 6% by round 5, or of course if you don't make your final goal weight. But each month you get a fresh chance to win back the money you put into that month. Good luck!!
