Non-scale victory of the week!

I ran 3.8 miles which has been the most I’ve ran in a session this summer. I’ve also been really good about my diet and not restricting myself, but being better about my decisions with food and it’s showing.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I honestly am proud of myself for the progress I’ve made this week. I could have gotten more steps in, but I feel good about what I’ve accomplished.

My dieting, I can do well for awhile but then give up and gain weight back so quickly.
