I’m doing great! This is an awesome motivator. I’ve been tempted to eat what my teens are and normally I would give myself grace. Not this month!! :muscle:

  • Good morning and happy Friday!

    My weekend starts today and it’s going to be busy! Thankfully the volleyball tournaments don’t start until the end of the month but we have so much stuff at the house to do!

    So I like to plan quick healthy meals that I can snag on the go. One of my favorites is chicken nuggets cut up into a bagged salad kit. It’s filling, with solid protein, and wicked easy.

    What’s your go to when it’s super busy?

I introduced my daughter to Billy Blanks and Tae-Bo tonight (my childhood!), after we had already done a 10 min. kid's dance workout. I didn't think she'd want to do much but she kicked major butt and kept at it for the whole 25 min. video. I was so proud of her, while also feeling the burn myself. ? It was awesome!!!

I used to LOVE Tae Bo! I remember my boyfriend’s mother complaining that it was hard on her knees. Now that I’m a 40 something year old I can see what she meant!

I already planned on treadmilling - thanks for the reminder to wear my weighted vest! I wore my ankle weights while vacuuming earlier for a little boost!
