Non-scale victory of the week!
Resisting tempting food most of the time.... had to have cheat meals once in a while though!!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I wish I would have made it to the gym more, but I plow snow in the winter so there was lots of time spent in the trucks and loaders and not much sleep.
