Got a loss on the scale when I didn’t expect it. Worked 4 days instead of seven. Still a win.

Seven days of working out. Managed to have Culver’s for a treat and only ate the small concrete. ??

Non-scale victory of the week!

I worked out every day of the week and started strength training. I can see that I didn’t lose any weight this week likely because of that.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Great week, stuck to all my goals. Was hard to go out to eat and stay focused on low calorie, nutrient rich meal.

I was able to drink more water and I was full before finishing each of my meals

I still had some sweet treats and now that my husband’s birthday has passed I will cut back on those again
