Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I find it hardest changing my diet and staying motivated. I always try to get motivated and usuallly only stay motivated for a week or two and fall back to square one. I did diet bet a few years ago and ran into an old friend who joined the challenge so hopefully with the money on the line as well as knowing someone who is participating in this challenge i will be able to stay motivated!
