I see this is your first game - good luck! it really is a great venue for losing weight. Use the community it really helps - read the board, post any questions or challenges or successes! It helps with motivation and accountability. Hopefully this will be a lively group - each one is so different - I have been "in the game" for 2 years now :-). Now I use it to help me keep off the weight I lost.
