I was in great shape last fall after completing a 200 mile one day bike ride… Couple weeks later I hurt my knee… And had to have surgery and spent 10 weeks of nonweightbearing mostly sitting on the couch... I am starting at Ground Zero as far as my fitness level goes… But am ready to hit it hard : )

I was in great shape last fall after completing a 200 mile one day bike ride...but injured my knee a couple weeks later...had to have surgery and do no weight bearing on it for 10 weeks... I’m finally back to full weight bearing but no impact training and have lost most if not all of my fitness... have my work cut out for me but I’m ready to get fit again... my incentive????... just signed up for my 200 mile ride from Seattle to Portland that will happen mid July ..let the sweating begin! : )
