Is it better to keep doing kickstarters or maybe do a transformer now or both

I sign up for both at the same time but my weight loss usually slows down after the first month. I find the transformer goals more obtainable than doing kickstarters back to back

Transformers have better payouts, especially the last month. Kickstarters are good for keeping you involved each month. If you have 10% or more to lose, and you can stick with it, do the transformers! I would do kickstarters too at least the first month or two.

You made it through week 1!  Great job!  If it didn’t go as well as you had hoped, you still have 3 weeks to do your best.  Stay focused on eating unprocessed foods, reducing your sugar intake and staying active. I have loaded the week 2 workouts with links to demonstrations.  These workouts build on the previous week.  They are the more advanced version of each exercise.  If you don’t feel that you are ready to tackle those, no problem.  Just repeat the week 1 exercises and add about 15 minutes of fast paced walking or some other form of cardio, to increase the caloric burn.  For the food challenge this week, I want you to be sure to get adequate protein (about a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight) and focus on prioritizing either carbs or fat at each meal, rather than having meals comprised of both fat and carbs at the same time.  This is a simple way to be able to enjoy the foods that you like without eating too many dense calories. I go into more detail on this in the video so hopefully you can take a few minutes to watch it.  Keep it up, you guys! You’re doing great!  While everything around us may feel chaotic and out of sorts, focus on the things that you can control, like how you treat your body.

Couldn't do the knee get-ups today...I'm so out of shape and bad knees and feet!! I improvised though and pushed through. These workouts look SO easy...nada, lol

Its day three and im 3.9 pounds down. I havent made it to the workouts yet, just wanted to lock down my fasting until 1pm each day. Todays the day i sweat!! Anybody else weighing and food journaling daily?

Gosh, guys! I’m so sorry! My husband helped me with getting things posted last night because as always seems to be the case, when you need to get something up, something goes wrong! We took the permission off the documents, so you should be able to access them.

The “welcome video” where I extend a challenge to you this week about sugars is in a small link at the bottom of my initial post. If at any time you want to find my posts, use the drop down option at in the top of the feed and choose “host.” Unfortunately this platform doesn’t allow me to upload videos directly.

For the workouts, it originally said Monday - Sunday (starting you on a Monday), but since it is Friday, I’ve adjusted the days. If you use these in the future, you can easily maintain the same workout and rest schedule starting on a Monday.
