Non-scale victory of the week!

Life-wise, it was crappy. Lost Eric this week and that is a rough blow. So the fact that my diet has been good through that, I'm pretty happy. Next week and then in 2 more weeks, vacation time, so those will be challenges because I plan to relax and enjoy. But for now? As Eric would say, crushing it. ☺️

Always I could be eating more F&V. I really struggle with that. And doing better planning.

Very busy work week, had to make choices on the fly and still CRUSHED IT. Having planned and food prepped ahead really helped.

Controlled myself with my Nandos choices and with not going back for more cake after the crappy piece I got.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I am kicking so much ass! So highly motivated. I'm not ready for much exercise yet, but I committed to 10 minutes of gentle yoga stretching every morning and just that little bit is feeling SO GOOD!! I'm also starting to feel the physical benefit of being 15 pounds down. Yay!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I'm surprised to see that last time I said I needed more veg. I was F/V heavy for a while, and I was working to LIGHTEN that... But now I feel like I've gone too light, so I'm wanting to find that balance a little better.
