Non-scale victory of the week!
Life-wise, it was crappy. Lost Eric this week and that is a rough blow. So the fact that my diet has been good through that, I'm pretty happy. Next week and then in 2 more weeks, vacation time, so those will be challenges because I plan to relax and enjoy. But for now? As Eric would say, crushing it. ☺️
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Always I could be eating more F&V. I really struggle with that. And doing better planning.
