I saw your post, but I can't comment from my phone. I go to college. They key for me is packing my lunch! I got a LARGE insulated lunch box and a couple of ice packs from Big Lots and fill it full of healthy snacks. I find I always eat too many calories if I go to the cafeteria. The most I'll get there is a cup of coffee or a piece of fruit. I save a lot of money by bringing my own food, too! Good luck!
