Do a juice fast for 3 days. And when you come off be careful. Afterwards a juice for breakfast and lunch and a salad for 3 days then add chicken for another 3. And then next week add lunch veg and protein. And following week oatmeal or high fiber cereal for breakfast. Lunch and dinner a veg and lean protein. Do that till u hit goal.
