Non-scale victory of the week!

Began to work again productively given virus. Made some changes. E.g. no nuts and will cut down on dairy. Made last diet bet challenge by the skin of my teeth. This will be a good test.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I successfully did one cleanse day and mostly a second (pita and hummus in the evening) and okay on the third (small steak and some pita and hummus). Yesterday wasn't as great, because I have badly badly hurt my back. During the cleanse I got down as low as 127.5 when I was running. But my back is too bad to run. Swimming felt good, but then it got worse that night. Today I am off for Craftsbury for a few days to get away from Framingham and see if I can heal. Bringing some writing. Trying to let go of the pain in my spine with Reiki and replace it with love. Goals: drink 6 + glasses of water a day and stay away from bread and desserts. Bread okay in the evening if I have exercised. Heal my back and don't fret. I am 128.5 today and will do a weigh-in in long pants to be honest about where I started. I think I have lost about 3 to 3.5 pounds with the cleanse. It is hard t concentrate with my back, so I will just take it where I am. And not expect the endpoint at this point.
