Non-scale victory of the week!

I did a great job of resisting simple carbs! I feel like I have renewed my resolve and motivation! Tracking is my friend.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

While I'm drinking at least 70 Oz. I think a little bit more would be even better.

stay more mindful and avoid too many carbs especially sugar. I Am so worth it!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did definitely at being mindful of my slips into sugary Temptations. And never got out of control. That I am proud of.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to journal all of my food! I only journaled one day this week. Back to recording all my food. I feel in control and victorious when I journal even if I go a little overboard every once in awhile.
