Non-scale victory of the week!

Despite some crappy life stuff going on, stuck to eating low carb and resisted a plate of Christmas cookies rather than letting myself emotional eat.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

have been wanting to incorporate intermittent fasting back into my routine but have been giving into morning hunger. also tomorrow is my bday and going to attempt to eat mostly low carb but going to allow a few indulgences!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

My goals are to not pig out over the holiday! Keeping it low carb. Also going to weight train and hike regularly. going to try and sleep 7 hours per day. Was doing really good with diet and exercise up through the end of summer but then fall fair festivities got me! Time to get back to healthy and get a jump start in the new year :)
