Non-scale victory of the week!

Generally staying on track with the exception of a couple cheat meals while traveling and staying with family.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eaten more salad; made better choices when I DID have the options available (eating salad at fast food rather than smaller version of unhealthy stuff)

Non-scale victory of the week!

Got back on track with workouts and food journaling. Stayed within my calorie amounts each day. Also started some new strength training stuff at the gym.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Between dietbets I let loose too much. Need to always think of this as lifestyle change, not just winning a bet.
