Yell at that scale! You will look and sound ridiculous, but I eventually chuckle at myself.

You'll get it. It comes off in waves for me. I could do the exact same thing one week and results would be different. Sleep, stress, anything can mess it up.

Anyone else use Ring Fit game on the switch for exercise? I played that tonight for 40 minutes and now I’m at minute 15 on my exercise bike!!
