Strong weight lifting workout. I'm stronger than I thought.

Moved more on my down day. Although, I'm pretty pleased. I've already lost the weight I gained in vacation.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challeging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Good intentions that aren't always reached. For the most part, I do pretty good. I've come a long way and have a bit more to go. With 2 more months on this DietBet, I'm a little bit unmotivated.
