Passed up a lot of Valentine candy and got in all my water and veggies.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Struggled to make all good choices as well as portion control for 3 Valentine dinners and a party. Exercising was hard because of bad weather, can’t use my elliptical at home and possible bone chip in my leg.

Will need to get all stuff out of the house and my classroom that are tempting and be pretty strict on what I eat as well as cut down on amounts. Will plan On upping the exercise too.
