Have made my step goal every day this week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My eating hasn’t been under control yet. I’m eating lots of veggies and fruits and protein too but have added sweets and snacks couple of times.

When I went out to eat I had them not put a potato on my plate but instead an extra helping of veggies.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I haven’t been meal planning so have just tried to adjust on the fly.

Feeling more “fit” in general.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Into the 3rd week of my last DietBet I gave myself permission to eat some sweets and that opened the floodgates and I just kept having them for the next 1.5 weeks. I kind of mentally gave myself permission to fail. I struggle to keep eating and doing healthy things over the long term. Not sure how to break that cycle yet.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Passed up a lot of Valentine candy and got in all my water and veggies.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Struggled to make all good choices as well as portion control for 3 Valentine dinners and a party. Exercising was hard because of bad weather, can’t use my elliptical at home and possible bone chip in my leg.

Will need to get all stuff out of the house and my classroom that are tempting and be pretty strict on what I eat as well as cut down on amounts. Will plan On upping the exercise too.

When I really wanted comfort food at Burger King I ordered salad and water instead.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Exercise was hard, the weather is really bad here and I found out that since my back surgery exercising on our elliptical irritates my back.

Get off antibiotics so I can get my body functioning normal again- long battle with a sinus infection.

Opting to exercise instead of sitting on the couch reading- which is what I wanted to do. Starting to do classes at our gym which challenges me more.

I’m starting to realize that even if it’s healthy food I still need to control my portions.

Not eaten a whole candy bar one night. Was fighting something this week and hit a couple of real low energy days.
