Non-scale victory of the week!

Have an actual routine of intermittent fasting with 2 low-carb meals per day, 20 minutes on treadmill and a good night's sleep!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Wow, I really feel like I had a model week, but am concerned about keeping pace. I've also left time for shopping and doing my weigh-ins, so fingers crossed!
