Non-scale victory of the week!

Wasn’t great at getting out regularly to walk, lots of spring showers... but made up for it with a little more discipline eating, no diet, just moderation.

Weather was crappy, but got out on the 2 nicer days for good walks.

Walked around 10 Kms a day in Tokyo... and TONNES of stairs!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nothing! I enjoyed some sweets and festival food while on vacation in Tokyo but ate reasonable amounts.

didn't cheat and sweets at a cafe when I met my friends for lunch! Had a decaf coffee with a bit of cream and lots of cinnamon!!!

Survive a conference with food provided, followed by a friend's birthday meal at a restaurant, immediatley followed by a 15 hour flight with airplane food, and 11 day s in Japan, on vacation food... and learn to read food labels n Japanese!
