Non-scale victory of the week!

Travelling..visiting MIL also, long days, eating ever so NOT mindfully. Off to another job site and getting more tired. But sticming yo one restuarant for dinner, last nighy was my cheat night , a glass of wine and dessert Tpday, new day. Down to the lobby for oatmeal..

Not to drink wine, eat more veggies and enough so I don't binge when I get home in time to make supper.. the 3 of us are on different eating patterns.
