Ahhhhh.... clothes fit that have not in a long time! My ability to handle stress because I'm getting healthy has greatly increased.

I smashed my workout goal for the week! Awesome! Feel more energetic and ready for what life tosses at me.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Did eat out a few times, not awesome choices. I would say somewhat stress and mostly time related. My father-in-law suffered a stroke on Monday morning, we spent all day at the hospital with very few answers and Tuesday my husband asked for pizza, which I had salad first. Work in progress and managing stress. Fyi... I have a middle schooler and a high schooler both of whom need an available parent.

Not be sick! Wash my hands more! Tough week because of a terrible illness most likely caught at work.

Clothes that were tight are now comfortable. I'm not snoring at night! Yahoo! Better sleep! My joints don't ache. When I wake up my feet don't tingle when I get out of bed.

I have put my time to exercise in my schedule without feeling selfish. I feel motivated to keep going.

Go to bed earlier and get more restful sleep. Also add a stretching routine or yoga into my exercise routine.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I let myself slip and gained back the weight I lost. Maintain the weight loss is a challenge.
