Non-scale victory of the week!

I was on vacation last week and managed to only gain a couple pounds.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Drank to much alcohol but it was worth it.

I have been struggling in the evening with eating candy. I will eat really well all day and then eat junk food before bed.

I have not drank enough water this past week.
